Maternal Cardiovascular
Care Platform

Conducted contextual research and stakeholder interviews with patients and clinicians, then led design and prototyping within a four-person team, for a proposed HSE feature communicating long-term cardiovascular risk to women after complicated pregnancies.

Redesigned Proveway's core dashboard using customer feedback and analytics to identify drop-off points, contributing to a 250% increase in user engagement. Also designed visual assets for Proveway's Shopify App Store listings.

About

I'm Ankit, a product designer based in Dublin. I turn contextual research into products people trust.

I've shipped healthcare platforms for reach52, in partnership with the United Nations, J&J, UNICEF, and more, reaching community health workers across underserved regions worldwide. I also built reach52's design system from the ground up, it's still in use across their products today.

Before that, I designed SaaS products at Proveway, live on the Shopify App Store. More recently, I completed an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction at UCD, where I researched and designed a cardiovascular risk communication platform with The Coombe Hospital, proposed as a feature integration into HSE
