Conducted contextual research and stakeholder interviews with patients and clinicians, then led design and prototyping within a four-person team, for a proposed HSE feature communicating long-term cardiovascular risk to women after complicated pregnancies.
From research to designing a proposed discharge summary and digital care passport with UCD and The Coombe Hospital, closing the gap in cardiovascular care and CDMP enrolment after high-risk pregnancies.
